For optimal inking, use a perfectly flat and clean surface, ideally a glass plate (or plexiglass, stainless steel, etc.).

Roll quickly and without pressing to pick up the ink; roll slowly with light pressure to apply it.

To extend the lifespan of your rollers:

• Polyurethane is sensitive to UV light, so avoid exposure to sunlight.
• Minimize chemical use—mild soapy water is ideal. For oil-based inks, apply a small amount of vegetable oil to dilute the ink, then remove the excess with a paper towel before finishing with a clean cloth.
